Roots To Health
with
Dr. Craig Keever
Hi, I’m Craig.
I’m a physician, a cyclist, and someone who believes getting older doesn’t mean giving up strength, stamina, or purpose.
After decades in medicine, I’ve learned something simple:
How we feel in our 50s, 60s, and beyond is shaped mostly by daily habits — not quick fixes.
Movement.
Rest.
Stress management.
Purpose.
Consistency.
This space is for men over 50 who want to stay active, think clearly, and feel strong in the years ahead.
Cycling is a big part of my life, so you’ll see trail rides, training reflections, and lessons from the road. Not because cycling is everything — but because it represents forward motion.
I practice lifestyle medicine and believe thriving later in life is possible with practical, sustainable choices.
No hype. No extremes.
Just steady guidance for building health that lasts.
I’m glad you’re here.
– Craig
